Subway is the world's largest fast-food chain with restaurants in over 100 countries. In Sweden, there are about 160 restaurants, and the goal is to increase the number of restaurants in the coming years.

Subcom Sweden AB is an organization under the leadership of Nordic Bites Oy, which together is responsible for over 350 restaurants in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and prep meat and vegetables, including baking bread and cookies

• Ensure that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards
• Follow Subway's rules and policies
• Cashier duties
• Record deliveries
• Perform cleaning and sanitation according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• Follow safety procedures
• Work as part of a team
• Deliver high-standard service when handling products, during sales, and in interactions with guests.

As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. In this role, you promote awareness of the Subway® brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met.

Who are you and what do we expect from you?

• The ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience in fast food or the restaurant industry is a big plus.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish is required. Good knowledge of English is a significant plus.
• You are stable, meaning calm and controlled even in stressful situations.
• You love working with and alongside people.
• You have good collaboration skills, meaning you work well with others.
• You are service-oriented, meaning attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.

Start: Immediately

Location: Employment in the Stockholm Region with primary placement in Kista

Scope: Part-time - Day, as well as evening and weekend work is included in the position. The candidate must be able to work during all shifts.

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period

Salary: According to collective agreement
