About us

Suris Street Food at Ringvägen 129 is a well-established restaurant in the heart of Södermalm. We work with a modern Asian kitchen with a clear Asian fusion profile, where Korean flavors meet Japanese techniques and Southeast Asian influences.

With us, taste, pace, energy, and atmosphere are interconnected, from kitchen to dining room and bar. We are now building a new team and are looking for you who want to be part of it from the start and help shape the culture with us.

About the role

As a service staff member with us, you are a central part of the guest experience. You work in the dining room and in close collaboration with the bar and kitchen. You greet guests with professionalism, presence, and energy.

The pace is high, team spirit is strong, and quality is always in focus.

The working hours are scheduled and vary between day, evening, and weekend. The position involves shift work, including evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests through our menu

• Take orders and handle cash register work

• Serve food and drinks with precision and presence

• Provide recommendations regarding food and drinks

• Set tables, clear, and prepare the dining room before and during service

• Be responsible for dishwashing and ongoing cleaning of the restaurant

• Ensure order, structure, and a representative environment in the restaurant

• Work in the dining room and support the bar as needed

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and colleagues for a smooth flow

Qualifications

Requirements

• Education in hotel and restaurant management

• Two to four years of documented experience in restaurant service

• Used to working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in Swedish and very good English

Meritorious

• Bartender training

• Experience in bar work

• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

• Interest in drinks combined with Asian flavors
