Sous chef / Team Leader

We are now looking for a sous chef for Münchenbryggeriet Event & Conference.

Münchenbryggeriet operates within the meeting industry and currently offers more than 20 historical venues of varying sizes and characteristics for conferences, meetings, fairs, events, parties, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, and similar events for up to 3000 participants. At Münchenbryggeriet, we prepare food from scratch and serve both cold and hot dishes in all forms with a clear focus on sustainability.

Who are you?

You love working with food and can handle a fast-paced environment. You have relevant education and experience in catering/events/conferences. You possess a clear personal drive and commitment. As a person, you are positive, enthusiastic, and confident in your role, and you appreciate being part of a team. It is essential that you have a burning interest in cooking and a cheerful disposition. The position involves actively participating in kitchen work and having the ability to plan and lead the work forward.

Your background:

Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in conferences & events and/or catering.

Education: Completed chef training at the high school level or equivalent is a requirement.

Languages: Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Start: By agreement.

Scope: Full-time. Varying working hours and weekend work.

Salary: By agreement. Collective agreement exists.
