Within Gastrobility Group, there is a long-term investment in an internal academy, clear development paths, and ample room for responsibility and creative influence. We are currently looking for a Kitchen Manager who wants to help build, develop, and establish a completely new restaurant concept together with the group.

As part of this initiative, Bibon is opening a new restaurant and bar concept at Biblioteksgatan 8 in Stockholm. Bibon is a modern European bistro with French elements and influences from New York's eclectic and vibrant dining scene – where low thresholds meet high energy, and the classic meets the contemporary in both expression and experience.

The name Bibon takes part from the location, the other part from the French word 'bon' – which means good. In the heart of Biblioteksstan, at one of the city's most iconic addresses, a new restaurant chapter begins. Biblioteksgatan 8.

About the role

As Bar Manager, you are responsible for building and running a top-class bar operation, developing the beverage concept, and being a present leader in the daily operations.

You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and restaurant management in a creative interplay where the bar and kitchen together create a unique guest experience. The role offers significant freedom for those who want to help establish a new concept.

Responsibilities

· Create a beverage selection together with our creative team

· Lead the daily operations in the bar, staff planning, quality responsibility, purchasing responsibility, and budget responsibility.

· Be part of the management team together with the Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Kitchen Manager

· Be responsible for purchasing, budget, gross profit, and inventory

· Actively work with sales, quality, and guest satisfaction

· Ensure compliance with alcohol legislation and workplace requirements

We are looking for someone who

· Has documented professional experience in a leadership position in a bar

· Has deep knowledge of beverages, service, and sales
