Kokvrån in Kärrtorp is an ambitious café and bakery with 28 seats and a wide menu for both breakfast and lunch. We also have various dinner and theme nights.

A second living room – Kokvrån is a nook in the corner of Kärrtorp square, almost at the end of line 17 towards Skarpnäck. Our hope is that you will often, if not always, want to swing by Kokvrån. For a quick coffee with a sandwich before you take the subway to work, for a long breakfast when you have more time, for lunch or a coffee break during the day, or for a glass of wine on a Friday. We want to be like a second living room for our guests.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and work independently. You will work at the cash register and on the floor with guest service, as well as some food preparation.

The job requires you to be able to step in on short notice. You will be offered a fixed day each week, about 6 hours if you want. Then it is mainly intended for you to cover as needed and during illness.

You need to have EXPERIENCE in the service industry, within café or restaurant. You have experience, interest, and a wonderful positive attitude. In accordance with alcohol legislation, you must be at least 20 years old as you will be responsible for serving at certain times.

We are a small place where we help each other with all tasks, which means that dishwashing, cleaning, and some food preparation are included in the job.

Most of the work is done independently, so it is important that you can work autonomously, carefully, and in a structured manner. You are positive and have the mindset that anything is possible.

We are closed for a few weeks over Christmas and summer.

The employment starts in August.
