Who are we looking for?

We are now looking for a passionate, curious, and enthusiastic head chef who will build, inspire, and lead a team where service spirit and teamwork are central. You are an organized and natural leader responsible for the kitchen's operations, finances, and quality.

As a head chef, you are responsible for following laws and routines as well as Compass Group's policies, rules, and values. Your duties include responsibility for self-control, inventory, pre- and post-calculation of all dishes, monitoring set key figures, waste management, and purchasing. You are also responsible for creating sustainable dishes and menus based on trends, seasons, and guests' preferences.

About Restaurant NCC Bruket

The restaurant is located in a building that houses several companies, with the main part being NCC's headquarters.

It serves lunch and handles service for everything needed in the conference rooms of the building. Evening operations may occur. Working hours are approximately 06:30 - 15:30, with some flexibility.

Who are you?

• You have education in hotel and restaurant management with a focus on cooking or equivalent
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a chef or equivalent
• You have at least 2 years of experience with personnel and financial responsibility
• You should have experience working with menu planning systems
• You have very good knowledge of gastronomy, nutrition, kitchen economics, and waste management
• You have analytical skills and are results-oriented
• You have the ability to plan and structure work effectively
• You have the ability to lead and delegate work and turn decisions into action
• You are attentive and responsive and have good knowledge of labor law and working environment
• You are creative and solution-oriented
• You recognize your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating
• You take responsibility through your passion to maintain a high level of service and quality in what you deliver
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• You have good computer skills and knowledge of Office365
