Good Morning Sollentuna is Looking for a Receptionist

We are currently looking for a receptionist who is solution-oriented, responsible, and has a strong sense of service.

You spread joy and energy in the reception, both towards guests and colleagues.

As a receptionist at Good Morning Sollentuna, you are the hotel's face to the public. Together with your colleagues, you work to ensure that every guest feels personally welcomed and receives service of the highest quality.

The position includes traditional reception duties such as check-in and check-out of guests, handling phone calls and bookings, as well as selling drinks, light meals, and snacks in the bar and lobby.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a friendly and collaborative work environment. You are flexible, appreciate variety in your tasks, and can easily adapt. With your positive attitude, you contribute to a good atmosphere and work well in a team. Collaboration across departmental boundaries is a natural part of the job, and you are happy to assist in other departments as needed.

You can speak and write in both Swedish and English, and we prefer that you have previous experience in reception work.

Experience with the booking system MEWS is a plus.

About the Position

The position is 60% with a start date as soon as possible. The working hours are varied and include days, evenings, and weekends.
