Are you a communicative, service-oriented, and structured person who wants to be the link between our customers and our business? Then you might be the one we are looking for as a Complaints Coordinator at Svensk Cater in Luleå!

About the role

As a Complaints Coordinator, you will have a central role in our internal sales team. You will be the first point of contact for customers who want to file complaints about products, and you will be responsible for receiving, registering, and following up on complaint cases in a professional and efficient manner.

You will ensure that each case is handled correctly and responded to in a timely manner, while working closely with our colleagues in warehousing, transport, and purchasing to investigate causes and find solutions. The role requires good administrative skills and a warm customer focus, where you contribute to creating a positive experience even when something has gone wrong with the delivery.

You will be part of our internal sales team, but with a clear focus on complaints and returns rather than sales. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and become an important part of our work to ensure high quality and satisfied customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Spider in the web between warehouse and sales

About you

For the role, you need to have previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar service function. You are comfortable handling phone contacts and are used to documenting and working in various systems. Experience in complaint handling or work in the food industry is an advantage.

You have good computer skills and preferably knowledge of systems like Excel and Navision. You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and you are meticulous, clear, and solution-oriented in your communication.

As a person, you enjoy providing service, are professional, and work in a structured manner even when there is a lot to do. You contribute energy, positivity, and a warm approach – both towards customers and colleagues.
