Job Advertisement: Customer Service Representative
Now is your chance to work with one of Sweden's leading companies in recycling and the environment. If your heart beats a little extra for the environment and service, this could be just right for you! We are now looking for two employees, one based in Luleå and one based in Umeå. ABOUT THE POSITION
As a customer service representative, you will become part of a close-knit team at Ragn-Sells Recycling AB in Luleå or Umeå. You will be welcomed into a large company with a family-like atmosphere and helpful colleagues.
Initially, you will be offered training to learn the basics of the job and what the company offers its customers. You will also shadow other more experienced colleagues, gradually taking on your own cases that increase in complexity. In addition to other customer service representatives, you will work closely with transport planners, production administrators, salespeople, and business administrators.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will primarily handle cases from corporate customers and colleagues but may also have contact with private individuals.
- Responsible for receiving and managing cases via email and phone. Customer service receives cases from the entire northern coastline.
- Based on the case, you create an order listing the waste materials and how they should be handled.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has work experience in customer service or another role we consider equivalent
- Has very good telephone and IT skills as you will need to handle multiple systems
- Express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
It is meritorious if you have:
- Previous experience working with proactive sales or complex case management over the phone
- Interest in environmental issues
- Connection to or residing in Luleå/Umeå.

- Location: On-site at Ragn-Sells office in Luleå in Oljehamnen or Umeå at Kontaktvägen 1.
