About the role

As Body Shop Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the body shop in Luleå. Your mission is to lead, support, and develop our damage repair technicians and painters, as well as ensure efficient working methods, high quality, and good profitability. You work closely with insurance companies and are responsible for ensuring that established requirements and guidelines are followed, such as lead times and repair times.

The role is both strategic and operational. You have full budget, result, and personnel responsibility and lead the business with a present and coaching leadership style. Together with other managers in the area, you work towards common goals and actively contribute to Bilbolaget's continued development. The damage business is of great strategic importance to Bilbolaget, and in this role, you report to the overall Service Market Manager for Bilbolaget Nord.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in leadership roles, preferably from technical or production environments. You have basic knowledge of finance, goal management, and follow-up, as well as a good ability to work both with details and overarching strategic issues.

As a person, you are:

• Clear and structured
• Driven and solution-oriented
• Coaching and engaged in your leadership

Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage, but not a requirement – your leadership and ability to develop a business are the most important.
