Regional Sales Manager

OnePartnerGroup has now been tasked with finding a business-focused and engaged Regional Sales Manager for Ragn-Sells Recycling, region North, based in Luleå, with a clear mission to drive the region's continued growth. The Recycling division's area of operation extends across Sweden, where Recycling's business is to provide its customers with cost-effective, sustainable, reliable, and simple recycling.

About the Job

In the role of Sales Manager, your primary task is to coach and support your sales team to act in the field, meet current and potential customers, and thereby create profitable business that generates value for Ragn-Sells customers, with the ultimate goal of driving sales growth for region North.

The focus will be on understanding the customer's business and needs to best contribute to value-creating waste management and tailored recycling solutions. As Regional Sales Manager, you report to the Regional Manager and are part of the management team for region North. You are also part of a valued national network with your fellow sales managers, where opportunities for experience exchange and continuous professional development are provided.

You are responsible for the region's sales budget and results, with full personnel responsibility for your team, where you exercise a trustful coaching leadership. You lead sales meetings, develop and establish a clear sales strategy for growth, and follow up to ensure compliance while actively working with individual follow-ups of employees.

An important part of the job is to create a well-functioning collaboration with other functions within Ragn-Sells and within the management team of region North. It is also central to stay updated on current events and needs for recycling solutions within the geographical area and within the industry.

Some of the role's focus areas are:

  • Create a strong team with a good team spirit that is geographically dispersed
  • Lead sales within the region with responsibility for KPIs, goals, and follow-up
  • Management of the customer portfolio (customer responsibility, prospects, development of existing customers)
  • Develop and follow up the regional sales and marketing plan in line with the company's business goals.
  • Main focus on medium-sized customers and salespeople with customer responsibility
  • Monitor larger upcoming bids and ensure processes and guidelines

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to using modern sales support systems (CRM) and has documented experience in sales leadership, preferably with experience in B2B within recycling, construction, or industry. You have a well-established network and the ability to identify new profitable business avenues. We want you to have experience in service sales and be someone who is good at building trust both externally and internally. It comes naturally to you to continuously identify potential areas for improvement to streamline your sales organization.

As a person, you are motivated by your own sales and at the same time have a pronounced ability to create a good team spirit by inspiring, being communicative, and building relationships. You likely have a post-secondary education or a university degree in sales or economics, but we also welcome applicants who have developed equivalent knowledge in the workplace.

In summary, we are looking for a person who exudes business acumen, is driven to create their own business opportunities, and inspires the sales team to achieve good results and to develop and operate through others. In your previous roles as a salesperson and/or sales manager, you have achieved and exceeded your budget and sales targets. It is a requirement for the role that you have had full personnel responsibility for at least three years. We have an office in Luleå that we hope you will enjoy.
