About the Position:

Do you want to take the next step in your sales career and work with professional customers in construction, industry, and contracting? As an outside salesperson at Swedol, you will play a key role in actively engaging both new and existing customers, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term relationships. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from booking meetings and needs analysis to quotes, negotiations, and closing deals. As an outside salesperson, you are responsible for creating and developing profitable sales in your region. You plan and document goals and action plans for your customers, establish and deepen relationships, identify needs, and present solutions. You drive campaigns, handle complaints, and coordinate resources as needed. You document everything in the CRM system and relay customer feedback to the company. The role also involves collaborating with inside sales representatives, product managers, and stores to ensure success with all customer types.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales planning and goal setting for new and existing customers. 
  • Active customer engagement and relationship building. 
  • Identify business opportunities and present solutions
  • Quote, negotiate, and finalize agreements
  • Support customers in the introduction and development of product ranges
  • Drive campaigns and handle complaints
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the region and the company

Who Do We Think You Are?

You have 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with your own customer responsibility and sales budget. You are sales-driven, service-oriented, and relationship-building. You are proactive, communicative, and responsible, with a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing. You have relevant product knowledge, good negotiation skills, and experience working with business systems and the Office suite. A valid driver's license (B) is required. Why Swedol?
