We work to deliver high-quality and reliable medical and transport services. We are now looking for more dedicated and responsible travel administrators.

As a travel administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our customers' journeys via phone. You will be the primary contact person for our customers and ensure that their trips are planned and executed smoothly and professionally.

To thrive and succeed in the role of travel administrator with us, we see that you have:

- A genuine interest in service.

- An ability to create trustworthy and positive relationships with various customers and colleagues.

- Good organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form. We see that you have good knowledge of Swedish and basic knowledge of English. If you have knowledge of other languages such as Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sámi, this is an advantage.

- Good computer skills and can use various digital tools and systems.

We are looking for several summer substitutes who can work full-time during the summer of 2026, day, evening, and weekend. Our opening hours are between 06:00 and 20:00.
