Information about the position

Professionals Nord is seeking a customer representative on behalf of Bilbolaget. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bilbolaget for 6 months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job responsibilities
In the role of customer representative, you will be an important link between the customer, store, warehouse, and workshop. You will work on the front line where you receive private customers both over the counter and via phone, assist them with questions regarding spare parts and orders, and ensure they have a professional and smooth experience. You will handle payments for keys and completed cars from the workshop and ensure that the administration surrounding this is correct.

The work also involves ordering and managing spare parts and working in business systems where it is important to be accurate and quick. You will have daily contact with several different car brands, including Volvo Cars, Ford Motor Company, Renault, and Dacia, which means your car knowledge and technical understanding will be well utilized.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Receive and assist customers in-store and via phone
• Order and manage spare parts
• Process payments for keys and completed cars from the workshop
• Work in business systems and manage related administration
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the store, warehouse, and workshop

We are looking for someone who
We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at Bilbolaget. We are looking for someone who is social, service-oriented, and enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact – both over the counter and via phone. You have a genuine interest in cars and a basic understanding of how a car works, which makes you feel comfortable in dialogue with customers and the workshop.

To succeed in the role, you are a quick learner and have good computer skills. You are comfortable working in different systems and can easily adapt to new working methods. Since the pace can be high at times, you need to be structured, flexible, and able to switch between different tasks without losing accuracy.

We also believe that you are a positive team player who is happy to help where needed and contributes to a good atmosphere in the team. A driver's license (B) is a requirement, and if you have previous experience from retail or the automotive industry, we consider it an advantage.
