We are now looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative who wants to help create good customer relationships, drive business, and contribute to Renta's continued development.

The Role of Inside Sales Representative:

As an inside sales representative at Renta, you play a central role in the daily operations and are often the customer's first contact with us. You actively engage with our customers at the counter in the depot, receive inquiries via phone and email, prepare quotes, register orders, and follow up on business. You work closely with outside sales representatives, depot staff, and other colleagues to ensure a high level of service and efficient deliveries. You are responsible for matching the customer's needs with the right machines and solutions - whether it concerns smaller construction projects or larger contracts. The role also involves administration related to rentals, customer follow-up, and working to develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will be an important part of the local team in Luleå and contribute to strengthening Renta's position in the market.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a structured and service-oriented team player who enjoys daily customer contact.
• Has good administrative skills and feels comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.
• Is business-minded and has an easy time identifying customer needs and suggesting the right solutions.
• Has a B driver's license and good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Has good local knowledge of Luleå and the region.
• Is driven, responsible, and enjoys a role with varied tasks.

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales or customer service within the construction, machinery, or civil engineering industry - or another relevant industry.
• Previous work with equipment rental or knowledge of construction and civil engineering equipment.
• Experience in order management, quote preparation, and administrative systems.
• Familiarity with working with both local and national customers.
