Are you a confident and engaged leader with experience in service or workshop operations who shares our values – collaboration, engagement, and innovation? We are now looking for a Service Manager for Kiruna, where you will lead the team, develop the service workshop, and be an important partner to our customers underground.
Your mission
As Service Manager in Kiruna, you are responsible for leading and developing the service workshop, operations, and staff on site. You ensure that the business operates safely, efficiently, and customer-oriented – and that our employees have the right conditions to succeed.
The role is both strategic and operational. You work closely with the business, make quick decisions when needed, and create long-term sustainability through planning and continuous improvements.
Your main responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and allocate work in the service and workshop operations underground.
- Be a present manager who supports, coaches, and creates structure, while ensuring a good work environment, order, and safety (SHEQ).
- Ensure follow-up of goals, time reporting, and employee competence development.
- Be responsible for the operation and development of the service workshop including inventory, administration, and adjacent property areas.
- Manage spare parts, material flows, and purchases while ensuring that technical information and expertise reach the team.
- Be the primary contact person for the customer: lead customer meetings, build long-term relationships, identify business and improvement opportunities, and sell service assignments.
- Financial responsibility: budget, cost follow-up, revenues, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales organization and contribute to the development of the service offering.

Location and travel
This position is based in Kiruna. Travel may occur in the role. A company car is included in this role.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:
- Previous leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
- Technical background or strong technical interest.
- Basic knowledge of finance, follow-up, and reporting.
- Good computer skills and experience with business/ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Driver's license (B).
