Your role and responsibilities

Do you want to help shape the future service offering within Automation Energy Industries? We are looking for a Service Portfolio Manager who is passionate about developing and managing the service portfolio to meet customer needs and create long-term value.

As a Service Portfolio Manager, you will be a key person in our management team. You will be responsible for driving the development of our service portfolio in close collaboration with global product owners and local service departments in Sweden. Your role is to ensure that our services can be delivered with the right quality and in a way that creates customer satisfaction and business benefit.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and manage the service portfolio in line with global strategies and local market needs.
• Collaborate with global product owners to implement new services and improvements.
• Capture customer needs through close dialogue with the local service organization and our customers in Sweden.
• Ensure that the content of our service offerings can be delivered with high quality and according to applicable standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in service/product development, portfolio management, or similar within industrial automation or energy/chemical/pharmaceutical sectors.
• Has good leadership experience as a manager, project leader, product owner, or similar.
• Is communicative and enjoys building relationships both internally and externally.
• Has the ability to work strategically while driving operational initiatives.
• Has an engineering degree from a university or equivalent experience.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
