About Tech Invest North Tech Invest North is a group consisting of several innovative technology companies, including Zpark Energy Systems, Grepit, Innovative Living, Lasercom, NEWEL, and co-ownership in Netcoil. We are now looking for an engaged Content and Marketing Communicator to join our marketing and design team, based at our headquarters in Luleå. Our international work environment includes colleagues from Italy, Brazil, the USA, and Serbia.

About the Role As a Content and Marketing Communicator, you will play a key role in creating engaging communication and coordinating marketing activities for the entire Tech Invest North group. You will work closely with our Marketing Communication Manager and support in planning, producing, and implementing strategic marketing efforts with a particular focus on Zpark Energy Systems.

This role suits you if you thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment, where you can combine text production, visual content, and coordination.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities: Drive campaigns and activities according to the marketing plan.
• Content Production: Write and edit texts for press releases, product descriptions, websites, and other channels.
• Copywriting: Formulate clear and target audience-adapted messages for different media.
• Photo & Video: Plan, produce, and edit photo and video material for social media and presentations. Create simple motion graphics.
• Social Media: Responsible for publishing, planning, and content production on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Design & Layout: Create visually appealing materials such as brochures, product sheets, graphics, and presentations.
• Digital Marketing: Create and optimize ads in Google Ads and Meta, as well as work with SEO.
• Web: Update and develop the company's websites to keep them current and engaging.
• Events: Participate in planning and executing events, fairs, and webinars.
• Analysis: Follow up and analyze marketing efforts to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent communication.

Your Profile

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant education in marketing, communication, journalism, or similar.
• Several years of experience in marketing or communication.
• Documented experience in formulating content for various channels and target groups.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Good experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, SEO).
• Structured and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in video editing, photography, or motion graphics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web or frontend development is an advantage.
• You enjoy collaborating but are also comfortable working independently.
