This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a terminal administrator, you will work in a varied and operational daily routine with a focus on customer service and administrative tasks close to daily operations. You will have ongoing customer contact via phone and customer service desk and collaborate closely with traffic management, without having traffic management responsibility yourself.

The work involves handling documentation, simpler registrations, and searches in various systems, which requires you to switch between several programs during the workday. The role is broad and flexible where you support the business where needs arise, which may involve some participation on the terminal floor.

Main responsibilities:

• Registration and follow-up of transport assignments

• Contact with customers and suppliers

• Analysis and follow-up materials as well as other administrative/operational tasks as needed

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• A few years of work experience in a customer-oriented profession

• Very good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

• Forklift license is an advantage

• Experience in logistics, e.g., as a driver or in warehousing, is an advantage

We are looking for someone with good communication skills who enjoys collaborating with others, while also being self-driven and taking initiative in your work. You are curious, action-oriented, and willing to take responsibility, but also humble in the face of the role's variation and changing tasks.

You are structured and meticulous, enjoy working with numbers, and have the ability to prioritize when the workload varies. As a person, you are flexible, helpful, and eager to contribute where needed to support both colleagues and the business.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
