At Blikk, we help companies free up time – and now we are looking for you who want to do the same by driving our growth.
We are looking for a business-minded and driven salesperson who loves to build relationships and make deals. In this role, your main task is to attract new customers and guide them to a more efficient everyday life. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from the first contact and needs analysis to demonstration and closing. You will be a key player in our continued expansion, and it is you who will ensure that more companies discover the value of Blikk!
We believe that you thrive in a fast-paced role where you can combine your ability to listen to the customer's needs with your desire to close the deal. You handle both incoming leads and proactively work the market via phone and other channels.
💡 It is a merit if you have insight into the consulting and/or construction industry, as these are our primary target groups.
Blikk is a fast-growing product company. Our smart cloud services are used daily by thousands of users in many different industries. The Blikk team consists of about 50 sharp specialists who work with everything from system development to user support, sales, and marketing. The majority work from our headquarters in Piteå, but we also have offices in Luleå, Stockholm, and Gothenburg. In addition, we have several employees working remotely across the country – with a particularly strong presence in Växjö, where a large part of our sales team is currently based.
Responsibilities
As a salesperson with us, you will primarily focus on new customer sales. You will act as an advisor and ensure that the customer gets the right solution for their business.
- New sales: Actively process both incoming leads and cold prospects to expand our customer base.
- Needs analysis: Understand the customer's business and industry to match their needs with the right product and service.
- Product presentation: Conduct convincing web demos where you clarify customer benefits and efficiencies.
- Goal orientation: Work systematically and goal-oriented to achieve your individual sales targets as well as contribute to the team's and company's overall goals.
- Customer insights: Act as a link to the market and product by capturing feedback and needs from customer dialogues.
Who are you and what have you done before?
We are looking for someone who:
- Wants to work long-term, puts the customer first, and is driven by making deals.
- Is competitive and passionate about creating results and achieving your goals.
- Puts the team before themselves and contributes to a positive atmosphere.
- Is attentive and can quickly understand the customer's challenges to present the right solution.
- Is communicative and comfortable conducting dialogues via phone and web meetings.
- Always wants to develop and learn new things.
We would like you to have:
- Previous work experience in B2B sales with documented good results.
- Experience in driving the entire sales process from contact to closing.
- Experience working towards set goals.
- A digital interest and a willingness to use modern systems and AI to streamline your sales work.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Experience in sales within SaaS is highly meritorious.
- It is a merit if you have insight into consulting and/or construction.

Location and scope
The position is full-time and permanent. Our employment begins with a six-month probationary period. You have the option to work from our headquarters in Piteå, Växjö (remotely) or work remotely from other locations depending on what suits you best.
