Do you enjoy meeting people in a role where you truly make a difference? We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Haparanda. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment extends over the summer months, and the position is approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Your role as a salesperson with us

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle inventory, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, from as early as 06:00 to as late as 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious mindset to learn new things, and an interest in the possibilities that modern digital tools create.

It is an advantage if you have experience in a service role and/or with food and beverages.
