Today, the organization consists of over 700 dedicated employees and is in an exciting growth phase!  ABOUT THE ROLE

Blomsterlandet Luleå is a well-established store that has been around for over 20 years. The store is located in Storheden, one of the city's largest shopping areas, and has an annual turnover of approximately 35 million SEK. The team consists of 8–14 employees of various ages – a dedicated group that together creates an inspiring store environment and offers our customers knowledge, service, and joy of plants. We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for someone who wants to join this journey and take on the role of Deputy Store Manager in Luleå at 75%.

In the role of Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and ensure that the flow of goods to the store runs smoothly. You will lead and coach the employees in their daily tasks and actively contribute, together with the store manager, to developing the store's working methods and achieving common goals.

The store is open weekdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekends from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves working at varying times during the entire opening hours

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and distribute the daily work

• Support employees and ensure a well-functioning flow of goods

• Be responsible for sales planning, ordering, and workplace safety work

• Schedule staff and plan staffing for the best customer experience

• Work according to Blomsterlandet's values and be an inspiring role model.

ABOUT YOU

• Have experience in retail, at least one year of responsibility for a department

• Positive, attentive, and solution-oriented

• Enjoy leading, inspiring, and motivating others

• Engaged and clear in expectations for the team

• Structured and organized with a good ability to prioritize

• Used to switching between administrative and practical tasks in the store

• Focused on creating a fantastic customer experience and spreading joy of plants

• Interest in plants, flowers, and gardening is a merit
