Borö in Kalix is now looking for a communicative and service-oriented employee for the role of Sales & Technical Support. You will be an important contact point for customers who reach out with questions regarding installation, technical solutions, pricing, and delivery times. Many calls lead to quote work or order placement, allowing you to follow the customer's journey from the first question to final delivery.

The role also includes designing customized special tanks and handling various types of administration, such as order placement in Monitor G5, claims handling, and transport damages. The work is done closely with both colleagues and customers, and you will be part of an engaged team that handles more inquiries than the company can currently manage – which means both pace, development, and a great opportunity to make a difference.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC
• Ability to draw and read and understand drawings
• English in spoken and written form
• Solution-oriented and communicative

Meritorious

• Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Experience in technical support or a similar role
