In the Division of Regional Support, Region Norrbotten's support and service functions in purchasing and supply, Facility Management, and properties are gathered. The division is tasked with providing cost-effective and coordinated support to divisions, departments, and citizens.

Purchasing and supply is an operational area within the Division of Regional Support with execution responsibility. The operational area provides support in purchasing and procurement, material supply, and aids to the region's operations.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a high school education or other relevant education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work, and you also have a B driver's license. Experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and experience with supplier contacts and work within the various parts of the purchasing process is considered an advantage.

What you will work with

As a purchaser, you will work with making calls on existing contracts, conducting direct procurements, and handling the Region's purchasing issues. Your tasks will include maintaining records of articles and suppliers in our systems. You will be part of procurement groups and participate in the implementation of new contracts. You are responsible for administering and carrying out the purchase of goods and services in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU). This aims to achieve cost-effective purchases and ensure a purchasing process that controls, analyzes, and follows up on the region's purchases of products and services.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position based in Boden. Working hours are during the day, Monday - Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline, with start date according to agreement.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
