About the Job
As a corporate advisor and seller of business insurance, your mission is to provide tailored insurance solutions based on the varying needs of corporate clients. This involves identifying needs, developing the right solution, and ultimately delivering it to the customer. Sales occur with both new and existing clients, primarily through face-to-face meetings at the clients' locations in Norrbotten County. Proactive sales activities constitute the largest part of the job, but there is also a strong focus on service and customer care for existing clients in your own portfolio.
The work is independent, challenging, varied, and demands high levels of organizational and prioritization skills. Surrounding you is a strong team with extensive experience in delivering service to satisfied customers.

You are comfortable with expectations and can deliver in line with them, enjoying providing our customers with the best possible service.
You contribute to the team's success by raising the bar and being someone who drives for continuous improvement. At the same time, you feel comfortable working independently and take your own initiatives to drive and develop the business.
To succeed in this role, it is no problem for you to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, some longer than others, without losing control. You place great emphasis on understanding the customer and their needs, problems, and operations to provide accurate and relevant advice and insurance solutions.
We work based on an activity-based focus, so we expect you to always maintain a high minimum standard. It is important that you are motivated by working towards goals, whether they relate to sales results, activity levels, or customer satisfaction.
You are stimulated by working with customer relationships, providing good service, and positively impacting the people you work with.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience working in sales and is accustomed to working towards a sales budget,
- experience in administrative work,
- experience in creating and maintaining long-term customer relationships,
- a valid driver's license (B).
It is advantageous if you have experience in sales and consulting within insurance, or if you have sales experience in a corporate market. It is also appreciated if you have a good understanding of the corporate market in Norrbotten.
