Salesperson at Lindex in Kiruna

Your role in our team

As a Salesperson, you are there to make our customers feel their best. Everything we do is about them. Together with your colleagues, you are the face of Lindex and play an important role in executing campaigns, activities, and creating an inspiring store experience. You follow the assortment from its arrival at the store to when it leaves in the hands of a customer who will love and use it again and again.

The role

The role is a permanent full-time position, 38.25 hours per week, starting as agreed.

You thrive in a changing environment where you have the opportunity to develop and learn new things. You know that you will be comfortable leading yourself, being active in your own development, and both giving and receiving feedback. We also see that you are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and your colleagues in the store. You believe in doing things together and are motivated by the opportunity to make a difference. You also recognize yourself in the following:

High school education
Experience in retail or a similar service role
Swedish and English, spoken and written
Confident with digital tools
Preferred: experience from the fashion industry
