As a store salesperson in Luleå, you will be part of a team of employees who work closely together in various areas, such as store sales, outdoor sales, and technical inside sales. - We see that many different backgrounds can be advantageous in this role. If you have experience in sales and service or technical competence in electrical work, that is a plus, but curiosity about the industry, strong drive, and the willingness to develop are most important to us.
Briefly about the role
- Work in our store that sells products and solutions to installers in the electrical field.
- Manage inventory and handle incoming and outgoing goods.
- Optimize the store and ensure that campaigns are marketed correctly.
- Assist customers in the store and provide good service and technical support.
- Guide customers through Solar's products, services, and market news in-store, as well as proactive contact via phone to provide our customers with a good overall experience, create long-term partnerships, and achieve the best possible sales.
- Conduct customer activities.
- Actively work on improvements and change initiatives.
