You ensure that all Lagerhaus visitors are greeted by knowledgeable and accessible sales associates who love meeting our customers and helping them refresh and decorate their homes!

Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store.

• We are looking for someone with experience in sales, preferably from retail. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with a similar product range as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales, as well as a good eye for visuals.
• We want you to be goal- and results-oriented. It is a plus if you are experienced and skilled at recruiting new members to the customer club.
• We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented. In our store, you will work some shifts alone, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done. You must be at least 18 years old.
• We believe you have an easy time collaborating and building relationships.
• We hope you are a positive person with energy, commitment, and joy.

Terms:

• Employment: This is a permanent position based in Luleå.
• Schedule: Varied working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.
• Start: 2026-03-01.
