We are now looking for someone to join our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Jokkmokk. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 70%, and the working hours per week may vary.

The position will be more demanding during the summer and less during spring/autumn.

In your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the cash register, handle inventory, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant meetings characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years old) to meet customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious mindset for learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.
• Has a high school or vocational education.

Experience in retail, service work, and/or food and beverage is a plus.
