The disability area consists of personal assistance, LSS housing, and daily activities. We are here for individuals who have been granted assistance, employment, or other support from the municipality.

Your Mission

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the user, relatives, and colleagues in their home. You are the user's extended arms and legs, assisting with all daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, activities, and personal and medical care. In the role of personal assistant, you help create conditions for the user to live their best life based on their circumstances.

As a substitute through the Staffing Center, you enter the days you can work into our system. Based on this, you will then receive shift requests that match your chosen times.

What We Are Looking for in You

We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and their professional role and speaks Spanish. You are stable and have the ability to remain calm even in stressful and challenging situations. You have experience working with individuals who have challenging behaviors and know that safety and trust are built through patience, presence, and empathy. You work based on low-affect responses. With your flexibility and adaptability, you meet both the user and relatives with an open mind and ensure that all parties feel safe and heard. You thrive in collaboration and find it easy to connect and build trust. You are reliable and create an environment where the user's best interests are always the focus.

Communication is an important part of your mission, so in addition to Spanish, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
