JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you who want to work as a care assistant within Home Care Alvesta Center and contribute to ensuring that our care recipients have a safe everyday life in their homes. You will be part of our team that works with person-centered care, and you value quality and responsiveness. We work according to Individual Needs in Center (IBIC) and use digital solutions and systems in our work, which is a prerequisite for providing our care recipients with good and individualized care.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Providing support and assistance in daily life, such as personal care, meals, and social interaction.
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Documenting according to current routines.
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals for the best possible care.
• Planning interventions in Lifecare, in addition to regular care work.

Our operations run every day and hour of the year. In home care, you will work days, evenings, and weekends according to a schedule based on an annual working time agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a care assistant and have a recognized education from the health and care program or another equivalent education. Previous experience in planning within home care is an advantage.

You are responsible, empathetic, and have a genuine interest in people. This is characterized by how you treat both colleagues and care recipients with respect and are attentive to individuals' different needs. As a person, you are solution-focused and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. We expect you to be interested in planning interventions within home care and to be keen on finding flexible solutions that provide good care and a good working environment.

To succeed in the role of planner, you are solution-focused, have an aptitude for operational systems, and have a situationally adapted working method that leads to developing planning and a cutting-edge home care service.

Requirements include a B driver's license; you also need to be able to cycle as we have cycling rounds. The job also requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken, as well as experience working with operational systems for planning within home care.
