Are you our new star as a Coordinator?

We are looking for an engaged and structured coordinator who wants to make a difference in our operations. With us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our efforts maintain the highest quality and that our customers receive the best possible care. Ekerö Home Care is the only provider that offers care and support around the clock, and we are responsible for all emergency alarms in the municipality.

As a coordinator, you will:

  • Receive and manage orders from authorities
  • Plan and schedule for our staff
  • Follow up on orders and ensure they are carried out according to decisions
  • Be responsible for staffing planning and support employees in their daily work
  • Perform other administrative tasks included in the position.

You will be part of an office group with a unit manager, deputy unit manager, and an administrator. Our office is centrally located in Ekerö Municipality. We always prioritize our customers, which may sometimes mean working at their locations.

You will work on a rotating schedule during daytime, which means weekend work every other week.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a passion for order and can handle a fast pace during peak times. You have an easy time adapting to changing circumstances and can quickly change your perspective and approach. You are confident, stable, and have self-awareness. You see relationships in their proper perspective and distinguish between the personal and professional. You take initiative and responsibility based on your role and area of responsibility.

The role involves many points of contact, so it is important that you can collaborate and communicate well with others. You should be able to express yourself clearly in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and you listen and are receptive to the other party and adapt to the situation. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

We would also like you to have:

  • Assistant nurse training or equivalent education
  • Experience working in home care
  • Experience working with various operational systems and good digital competence
  • Hold a driver's license (requirement)

Start date: As soon as possible by agreement. We will begin selection and interviews during the application period.

Extent: Full-time

Employment form: Temporary position until August 2026, with the possibility of extension.
