Are you a nursing assistant with experience in reception work and administration? Does it sound exciting to work broadly and service-oriented towards our customers and their employees? We are now looking for another colleague for Falck's unit at Gullmarsplan.

With our knowledge and experience, we at Falck health and occupational services work consultatively with customers by guiding them on what should be done and suggesting how to implement it to contribute to positive work environments and ensure the best effect for the customer.

As an administrative nursing assistant at Falck, you are the spider in the web of the unit together with a colleague; you are the face towards the customer and customer employees and work closely with other colleagues in the unit.

Your tasks include:

• Ongoing management of incoming bookings in Falck's administrative system.
• Customer interaction regarding various inquiries from customers.
• Internal administration such as supporting colleagues in internal bookings and scheduling.
• Coordination of the workplace regarding purchases, invoice management, mail handling, etc., in close collaboration with the consulting manager.
• Sample collections, such as venous samples, capillary samples, vision/hearing/EKG, etc.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant with certification of protected title.
• Have good administrative skills and experience as your tasks will primarily be of an administrative nature.
• Have experience from reception work or similar.
• Have good IT skills as the computer will be your main working tool.
• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing.

As a person, you have good communication skills and are driven to provide professional service and be helpful to customers and colleagues. You are positive and flexible in your working style, able to work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues. Furthermore, you are solution-focused and work in a structured and methodical manner.

Upon employment, you must be able to present certification of protected title.

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Full-time position with start date as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position is located at Falck's unit at Gullmarsplan, but it may involve work at another Stockholm unit for specific assignments/occasions.
