Tax Officer for Business Registration

About the job

You will work with the processing and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. The work includes case management, investigations, and registrations within F-tax, VAT, and employer registration, as well as ongoing customer contacts with both verbal and written communication and service. In some of the contacts, it is advantageous if you feel comfortable using English.

We work in teams, and you will work closely with your colleagues, providing and receiving support from each other. In your work, you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. You will also contribute to our work with continuous improvements in everyday life and choose effective solutions. You think innovatively, dare, and act. The work involves many contacts, for example, with customers and other authorities. The area of Business Registration can be complex and challenging, with regular changes in legislation, and is suitable for those who want a varied role and are stimulated by gathering information. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You belong to Business Taxation Unit 4 in the Business Taxation Department, located in Eskilstuna.

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in a relevant field such as economics or law
• current and relevant work experience in customer service and support where you have communicated information via phone and email.

It is desirable if you have current and relevant work experience in processing or administrative tasks within economics or law.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
