About Us

The HR department is part of the regional director's staff and is led by the HR director. The HR department has a regional responsibility for the region's HR processes and is organized into the units: HR support for healthcare, HR support for regional operations, work environment and competence development, as well as recruitment and labor market.

Your Responsibilities

The position is placed within the recruitment and labor market unit, and your main tasks will involve recruitment administration such as logging advertisements and sorting documents into personnel files. Over time, the tasks may expand to include additional responsibilities within the unit, but it may also involve tasks within other units of the HR department.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone studying at a university or college with a focus on personnel and labor issues. To be considered for the position, you need to have completed approved studies equivalent to at least 60 credits.

For the role, it is required that you are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy working in a structured manner with tasks that can sometimes be monotonous – but important. You are willing to take your own initiatives, are not afraid to ask questions, and have the ability to create good relationships.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Temporary employment as a student employee for the spring semester of 2026. Scope is approximately 1 day a week, max 15 hours per week. Start date according to agreement.
