Disclosure Officer at the E-Health Agency

About the position

We are now looking for a Disclosure Officer on a temporary basis for our office in Kalmar. As a Disclosure Officer, you will work with assessing confidentiality and disclosing information from the agency's registers to other authorities, companies, and individuals. It is of utmost importance that the work is carried out in a uniform and legally secure manner and that all requests are assessed based on the Freedom of Information and Secrecy Act (OSL).

As a Disclosure Officer, you will work both independently and as part of a team with other disclosure officers. You will belong to the unit for Registries and Procurement, which also includes functions for procurement, archives, information management, and disclosure of public documents. The unit consists of 14 employees, including three disclosure officers, and is led by a unit manager.

Responsibilities

• Disclosure of public documents in accordance with the principle of public access.
• Confidentiality assessment when disclosing register extracts.
• Provide support to the organization in record-keeping and handling of public documents.

About you

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience working with confidentiality assessment and disclosure of public documents.
• Knowledge and experience in applying the principle of public access and the Secrecy Act.
• Experience working in case and document management systems.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Desirable

It is advantageous for the position if you have:

• Experience with Public 360
• Experience working in government operations

The employment is temporary. The working hours vary between 40-60%. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Kalmar. The work may involve business trips, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security assessment with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For some tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
