About Customer Service, Kalmar
As a Customer Communicator, you will be part of a team of 17 colleagues who actively and enthusiastically work to develop the business and strive to achieve our set goals. We contribute to creating more satisfied and healthier customers.
Our workdays are characterized by both pace, variety, and team spirit. But above all, an ambition to provide a high level of service to our customers. We have a central location in Kalmar where we sit in new premises with a view over rooftops and Kalmar Castle. This is a fixed-term position, starting in late January 2026 until August 31, 2026, with a good chance of extension. We offer a fixed salary of 25,000 SEK.
Your role
Our Customer Communicators always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who wants answers to questions about our services, as well as questions regarding deliveries, orders, or invoice inquiries.
What you will do with us:- Through engagement and customer focus, contribute to a positive experience in every customer interaction.
- Handle calls and customer cases that come in via phone.
- In a professional and trustworthy manner, respond to and manage user inquiries, delivery/order, and invoice questions.
- Ensure and forward questions regarding medication use and self-care to pharmacists in customer service telephone.
- Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience in our customer service.
Who are we looking for?
For this position, you need to be interested in service, with a clear focus on customer care. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and the ability to meet our customers in a communicative and responsible manner.
- You have a high school diploma.
- You have a genuine interest in self-care, customer care, sales, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in retail, sales support, or customer service.
- You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
- You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
- You have good communication skills, meaning you listen actively and can adapt to the recipient's needs and circumstances.
- You are confident and solution-focused in everyday life, where you both see and act on challenges that arise.
- You have the ability to maintain both focus and calm in stressful situations.
- You have good computer skills.
- We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
It is an advantage if you have experience from pharmacy operations and/or healthcare, as well as if you are a pharmacy technician/self-care advisor.
