As a personal advisor at Ålems Sparbank, you play an important role in the business by being available and helpful in the customer's personal finances.

The personal advisor's mission is to provide customers with qualified comprehensive advice in areas such as mortgages, savings, pensions, and insurance. We see great value in meeting our customers in person, but it is equally important to assist the bank's customers through digital contact methods, which of course is also part of the role. Our focus is to create value for the customer, something you do as a personal advisor by building relationships and suggesting relevant and individual solutions based on the unique needs of the customer.

Digital tools are a natural part of your daily life to simplify and streamline both for yourself and for the customers.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong ambition to develop the bank's private business in the municipalities where we operate. You should easily build trust in meetings with people, have your own drive, planning ability, and structure. You are a team player who supports colleagues when needed and shares your knowledge. For us, it is important to build good and long-lasting relationships with high quality in order to create satisfied customers and sustainable profitability.

The work requires financial competence and a high social ability. You are an outgoing and solution-oriented person with a burning interest in finance and customer relationships. You are a good representative of the bank and contribute to achieving the bank's and the private group's set goals.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in banking advisory, a professional Swedsec license for advisors and mortgages, as well as a university degree in economics.
