We are looking for

We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training or other relevant education that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in administrative tasks is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. You who apply are empathetic, responsible, and have good communication skills. You have the ability to work independently and in a team. We would like you to be flexible and have a solution-oriented approach.


What you will work with

If you are a nursing assistant, you will work in a multidisciplinary team and play a central role in providing our patients with the best possible care. You will participate in planning and implementing care interventions, support and motivate patients in their daily activities and treatment, as well as perform observations and documentation according to applicable routines. You will also contribute to the development of care and contribute to a positive work environment, as well as collaborate with relatives, other caregivers, and community psychiatry.

As an administrator, you will perform various administrative tasks within psychiatry. You will be an important part of our team and ensure that our processes run smoothly.

If you have another position in your primary employment, you will start from these tasks.

The role of team leader involves being responsible for scheduling staff, staffing during short and long-term absences. Assisting with the introduction of substitutes and new employees, as well as approving absences and leave in the HR system. You will work closely with the unit managers within psychiatry.

Information about the position

The employment is a permanent full-time position in your primary profession with a temporary team leader assignment for 1 year full-time, daytime with possible extension. The assignment is 50% as team leader and 50% as a caregiver/nursing assistant. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
