The work as a specialist nurse in operation is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training.
