We are looking for a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language, at least C1 level, as well as good computer skills and experience in Cosmic. It is considered an advantage if you have additional training as a district nurse or previous work experience in primary care or outpatient work.

We place great importance on personal qualities; as a person, you are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances, you are service-oriented in your approach, and you have problem-solving analytical skills to work with complex issues and problems. Furthermore, you are structured and plan and organize your work in the best way.

Hortlax Health Center has 9,900 registered patients. We work in teams with the patient at the center. The health center has regular outpatient work for doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. We have a psychosocial team consisting of care coordinators, psychologists, and social workers. Child health care and maternal health care are also provided. The minor emergency unit is open daily. The tasks included in this position are varied, including outpatient work at the minor emergency unit or your own nurse's clinic, telephone advice, TeleQ, 1177, and the chat function platform 24. Participate in working groups for development at the health center.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, with working hours scheduled during the day. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
