Job Description

For the summer of 2026, Överkalix Municipality is seeking interns such as nursing assistants and care assistants for the various operations of the Social Care Committee:

• Special accommodations (Brännagården and Tallviksgården)
• Home care
• LSS operations
• Personal assistants within LSS operations

If you intern for the entire holiday period (10 weeks), you will receive a summer bonus of 12,000 SEK in addition to your salary if you have a maximum of five days of absence.

Qualifications

It is desirable that you have experience and/or education in care and support, as well as an interest in working with people. We are looking for positive, creative, competent, and responsible individuals. You also need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Other

A valid B driver's license is required for work in home care and support.

Duration/Working Hours

Full-time internship for the summer of 2026. Start dates will depend on the respective operations' need for summer interns, and the positions are temporary. Primarily for the months of June, July, and August.

Salary

Hourly wage.
