In preparation for the summer of 2026, we are offering temporary positions in home care, short-term accommodation, personal assistance, LSS accommodation, housing support, and care and nursing accommodation.

We offer a summer bonus of 10,000 SEK to those who work the entire holiday period (weeks 25-32). For those who work half the period, we offer 4,000 SEK, and for those who work individual weeks, we offer 700 SEK per week.

We offer our employees a wellness allowance of up to 2,000 SEK (work in June, July, and August provides a grant of 500 SEK). The wellness allowance can be used for, for example, gym memberships, fishing licenses, horseback riding, padel, massage, swimming, etc.

For those who do not live in the municipality, we can offer travel to and from Arvidsjaur as well as assistance in finding accommodation.

Job Responsibilities

Home Care
Care and nursing work in the individual's home as well as administrative tasks such as documentation and planning of daily tasks. In home care, you work based on the individual's needs. With us, quality is more important than time! As a nursing assistant/care worker in home care, you implement assistance decisions such as personal care, self-care, service interventions, social activities, and simple training at home. You also perform health and medical tasks on the delegation of the district nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist.

A driver's license is desirable but not a requirement in all groups.

Care and Nursing Accommodation (Länsmansgården, Ringelsta, or Ekan)
In care and nursing accommodation, you work at a fixed workplace. As a nursing assistant/care worker in the accommodation, you implement assistance decisions such as personal care, self-care, service interventions, social activities, and simple training by complementing the individual's own abilities. Tasks may include personal hygiene, laundry, showering, planning and conducting joint activities, providing a helping hand, and health and medical tasks such as medication administration. A nurse is available around the clock. Social interaction and activities are important for the residents' well-being.

Short-term Accommodation (Bryggan)
Working at Bryggan means working with basic daily rehabilitation and intensively targeted rehabilitation. Guests may stay at Bryggan based on various decisions such as rehabilitation, investigation, respite, or waiting for other accommodation. The number of guests is variable and can change at short notice. Internal collaboration is an important part and occurs continuously with case managers, rehabilitation staff, and nurses.

You perform health and medical tasks on the delegation of a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist.

Department of Social Care (ASO):
Personal assistance, LSS accommodation, short-term/recreational and housing support. Here you meet people with various mental, physical, and cognitive impairments of different ages. You are at a fixed workplace, which can be a residence or in the individual's home as a personal assistant. Tasks may include cooking, cleaning, showering, planning and conducting activities in consultation with users, maintaining contact with relatives or guardians, and medical interventions. Medical interventions may involve assistance with, for example, insulin, catheters, and feeding tubes. On-call duty and solo work occur within the operation. A driver's license is desirable.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with nursing education or training/experience deemed suitable by the employer or if you have interest and commitment to work with the elderly and/or people with disabilities. We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, responsible, and who likes to take initiative and is flexible. A positive attitude towards your profession is a given. For you, all people should have equal value and be treated with respect. Previous experience in care and nursing work and experience in written social documentation are meritorious.

Within social care, the documentation system Pulsen Combine is used for daily documentation.

Conditions

Hourly employment. We apply 37 hours/week as a full-time measure.
