Surgery Department 52 at Sunderby Hospital is looking for new colleagues who want to contribute to safe and modern surgical care. With us, you will find a workplace where commitment, care, and development are at the center – and where every day makes a difference.
We primarily care for patients who are to undergo or have undergone vascular surgical procedures as well as colorectal surgery, both planned and emergency. We work according to the ERAS care program for elective colorectal surgery, which means structured care processes and a strong focus on improving patient recovery. We also care for patients with acute surgical issues. We work in teams based on a person-centered approach with interdisciplinary collaborations in the form of care rounds and evidence-based practice.

We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of Swedish. Experience in surgery or emergency care is an advantage.

You value and see the benefit of collaboration with others and put the patient in focus. You are responsible, engaged, and have good teamwork skills that come through by creating a positive work environment together with your colleagues.
What you will work with
As a nurse in Department 52, you will have a varied and developing job. You will be responsible for care in a team with other professionals and be an important part of the patient's care chain.
As a nurse in the surgical clinic, you will gain broad competence and take responsibility. Medical technology equipment is a significant part of the work. In Department 52, we support each other and care about quality in care – and about each other.

Information about the position
We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours day/evening/weekend. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
