Business Developer to PVI – where innovation meets care
Are you someone who thinks “we can do this even better” – and also has the courage and drive to make it happen? Then we would love to meet you.
At PVI, we are now looking for a business developer who wants to help shape the future of our surgical operations, where every improvement can make a big difference for both our patients and colleagues.
Your role – change agent at the heart of our operations
With us, you will be a key player in developing our working methods, structures, and culture. You will report directly to our head of care and work alongside our dedicated business developers to:
- create and follow up on the business plan
- drive quality development and enhance patient safety
- analyze results, identify opportunities, and translate them into action
- initiate and lead incident analyses
- contribute to smarter, more sustainable working methods – preferably with the support of digitalization and new forms of care
You will move between surgical modules 1–5 and become an integral part of our patient safety group. It is a role where you can both influence and inspire.
You – curious, knowledgeable, and brave
We believe you are someone who loves development, both big and small. Who sees the details but also dares to think bigger and longer. You thrive in collaboration but are equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- have a master's degree in healthcare
- have extensive clinical experience
- drive improvement work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
- are used to working with quality, indicators, and patient safety issues
- work independently, are proactive, and innovative
- communicate clearly and engagingly
It is a plus if you also have basic training in improvement knowledge and patient safety – and/or experience with SPOR.
We offer – a workplace where you can grow
At PVI, we know that development starts with people. Therefore, we want to give you the opportunity to feel good, develop, and take pride in your mission. With us, you will receive among other things:
- regular professional development
- the opportunity to mix your role with clinical work, where 80% is related to business development and 20% to clinical work.
- generous wellness allowance
- staff gym and access to physiotherapists, ergonomists, and health educators
- parental benefit supplement and parental salary
- an opportunity to participate in the region's pilot project on scheduled recovery
We are facing exciting challenges and great opportunities – and we do it together.
