We are now looking for an Environmental Manager who is passionate about making a difference. Your Role

As an Environmental Manager, you will drive the systematic work environment efforts. You will support leaders and the Operations Manager in creating a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment – and you will be the one ensuring that processes not only function but are continuously improved.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Lead risk analyses, incident investigations, and ensure compliance with routines.
• Follow up on work environment indicators and develop processes that make a difference.
• Conduct training and inspire both employees, contractors, and leaders.
• Be an important part of the company's change and improvement work.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines facts and structure with engagement and inspiration. You have a natural ability to build trust, drive change, and create participation.

We believe you have:

• A degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and several years of experience in health and safety work in leadership roles.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and internal audits.
• Experience working in (M) IA systems and SharePoint is highly meritorious.
• An analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written form.
