Your Role

Within LFV, there are security coordinators in each department as well as a central function for overall governance. SoU needs to strengthen its staffing, and we are now looking for a colleague to join the department's security coordinators.

In the role of security coordinator, you will coordinate, drive, support, follow up, and develop the security work within the organization. The security work includes areas such as information security, security protection, and IT security. The position currently belongs to the SoU staff with close collaboration and functional governance from the central security protection department.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and updating security analyses
• Establishing, following up, and concluding security protection agreements
• Administering background checks
• Conducting security clearance interviews
• Training in security
• Supporting the work with IT system classifications
• Systematically following up on the department's security work

You also have:

• Experience working with security issues
• Experience in systematic security protection work
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation in the area
• Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to solve individual or shared assignments and goals
• Good ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Driver's license (B) – as the position involves several trips within Sweden

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of governance in public operations
• Experience planning, implementing, and evaluating IT security classifications
• Experience working with risk and vulnerability analyses or equivalent related to information management

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a preferred location in Sturup. Other locations where LFV operates may also be relevant. There is flexibility regarding work at the office and remote work.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance, which includes background checks, security interviews, and drug tests. The position requires Swedish citizenship.
