We staff and operate the management's duty officer (SUS-Tib). You will be part of a group of cheerful people who work together to ensure that Sus continues to be one of Sweden's safest hospitals.
RESPONSIBILITIES

You will do this by:
- Being a knowledge resource, providing advice and support to managers, fire safety representatives, and security representatives.
- Being the responsible person for flammable goods and ensuring compliance with the law on flammable and explosive goods.

- Supporting the organization in systematic fire protection work by being engaged in workplace meetings and training.
- Contributing to networks, both internal and regional.

Your placement will be at the hospital in Malmö, but travel within Region Skåne will be part of the assignment. You will work with creative and cooperative colleagues, focusing on safety issues for staff, patients, and visitors at one of Sweden's largest and safest healthcare administrations. You will contribute to ensuring that safety work is carried out effectively based on the administration's goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who are applying have several years of experience in fire protection work and relevant education. Experience in large organizations, preferably within healthcare, is an advantage.
As a person, you should feel that you are inspiring, outgoing, engaged, and knowledgeable about fire protection and flammable goods. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have the ability to speak in front of people and communicate at all levels of the organization. You set high standards for accuracy, productivity, and collaboration. Working with computers is something you have extensive experience with, as well as contacts with both authorities and companies. To be successful in this role, we see that you are confident in yourself and can work independently. In this role, the pace of work can vary, and it requires the ability to structure and plan your work to deliver results effectively.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and collaborative ability.
