Do you want to analyze companies and contribute to strategic business in a Nordic finance company? At Norion Bank, you will have the chance to develop in a dynamic team with a strong business drive.
ABOUT THE ROLE The Corporate division consists of around thirty employees in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, focusing on creating flexible and customized financing solutions for operating companies, entrepreneurs, and professional investors, such as Private Equity. The offering includes both on- and off-balance sheet solutions, such as term loans, revolving credits, acquisition financing, and invoice purchases. The role therefore requires a good understanding of financing structuring, risk assessment, and business negotiations.
Norion Bank has undergone a strategic transformation in recent years – from a digital challenger to an established Nordic financing bank with a focus on balanced and profitable growth.
We are now looking for a Corporate Analyst who wants to deepen their expertise in corporate analysis and contribute to the continued growth of the business area!
In the role of Corporate Analyst, you will:
- Conduct financial analyses of new and existing clients
- Perform market analyses
- Assess business and credit risks
- Prepare documentation for credit decisions
- Follow up on client engagements
- Support client managers in daily operations, including participation in client meetings
The position is based in Stockholm and is part of a growing team with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
The team in Stockholm currently consists of two analysts and six client managers, who together work to create long-term value through business-oriented, sustainable client relationships. Our clients are medium-sized companies with varied financing needs.
ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or equivalent. You have a few years of experience, approximately three to five years, in corporate analysis or a similar analytical role where you have developed a good ability to assess businesses, risks, and financial relationships.
You work analytically, carefully, and systematically, while also having the ability to remain calm in pressured situations. You tackle complex issues with quick thinking and judgment and can make well-founded decisions even when conditions change.
Experience in banking or finance roles, such as a specialist or corporate advisor, is an advantage. You can express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of Excel.
