About Carla

Of course, all cars must be chargeable. The company was founded in 2021 in Stockholm and is now in an exciting growth phase, looking for a new wonderful colleague to join our talented sales team.

About the role

Carla is currently seeking salespeople who love to exceed their goals and are passionate about customer satisfaction. As a salesperson at Carla, you will help our customers find the right electric car through channels such as phone, chat, and email, as well as some proactive sales.

Concrete examples of tasks:

Actively process incoming sales calls from both B2C and B2B customers and proactively reach out to new customers to help them find the right electric car for their needs.

  • Ensure that customers receive a fast and quality experience throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure upselling such as car financing, trade-ins, and extended warranties.
  • Eliminate customer barriers to completing their purchases, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Actively document and follow up on leads, orders, and deliveries.
  • Stay updated on the cars we offer, including specifications and associated services.

Who are you?

As a person, you are energetic, engaged, social, and structured. You are driven by results and long-term customer satisfaction. You have the ability to quickly understand and adapt to customer needs while delivering a smooth, quality, and frictionless buying experience.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in qualified B2C sales, preferably over the phone.
  • Proven success: You have a history of strong sales results and can close deals with confidence.
  • Communicative edge: You are a master of communication both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
  • Driven and goal-oriented: You love to work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and ensure that your goals are met, no matter what it takes!
